I am Pat Barber. I have been doing CrossFit for 20 years, coaching for 18, developing coaches for 15. The coaches I work with have passed Level 3s, Level 4s, applied and made it onto seminar staff, as well as coach at, manage, and own some of the best gyms in our community. I love educating and working through all of the nuance of CrossFit. Helping coaches bring out the very best of their ability is my calling.
